Bio: Bethany Kehdy is an expert of Middle Eastern cuisine. She is the author of “The Jewelled Kitchen” cookbook, with a follow-up on the way. Bethany runs a food blog bethanykehdy.com (previously Dirty Kitchen Secrets), and is the founder of Taste Lebanon - a boutique tourism initiative in Lebanon. Her work has been featured in Forbes, New York Times, and CNN.
