Bio: Wesam Masoud is the Executive Chef and Partner of the Chef’s Market Restaurant in Cairo, Egypt. His restaurant won numerous awards for its focus on product quality, menu creativity and exceptional service during its opening year in 2014. Since 2013 he has served as the host and instructor of the cooking program on CBC Sofra “Matbakh 101”. This program strives to teach viewers not only recipes but techniques and product knowledge.
