Bio: Deconstructing textures, tastes and appearances to rebuild them under a new modern looking way, Omar Sartawi, Jordanian chef and food artist, gives a new meaning to food creation. Although his attraction to world cuisines is undeniable, Omar remains true to his origins, drawing most of his inspiration from his Middle Eastern and Jordanian roots. Omar’s creation, Jameed Chocolate, a revised salty dried yoghurt creation, earned him international attention.
