We talked to Afeef Nessouli and Ahmed Shihab Eldin to discuss how are the landscape of TV journalism and news media changing.

Both Afeef and Ahmed are notable journalists form the Arab world. Afeef is a freelance journalist in Beirut and New York City, and recently won the Google Podcasts creator program's global competition. His Arabic language podcast focuses on the feminine undercurrent in the Middle East. Prior to that Afeef was a segment producer for The Daily Show with Trevor Noah for 2+ years.

Ahmed is an Emmy-nominated journalist, producer and actor. He recently left his position as a Senior Presenter for AJ+ where he produced award-winning documentaries focused on social justice and human rights to explore new forms of storytelling and develop a podcast.
