His recently published book, Showpiece City: How Architecture Made Dubai (Stanford University Press), explores architecture’s packaging to sell Dubai on a global stage. His work has also been featured in The Guardian, Architectural Design, and Artforum. He has taught architectural and urban design at Yale University and Harvard University.
