In this afikra Spotlight, Ghada Alhamoud introduces us to Saudi Princess Ghaliya Al Bogami. During the Wahhabi War (1811-1818), Ghaliya led a military resistance against Ottoman invaders in Wadi al-Saleem. Her tactics enabled the Saudi forces to repel the intruders successfully twice in 1813.
